Shipping policy
Each product page has an estimated timeframe in which the goods will be shipped, which is stipulated on the product's page. This refers to how long it takes for us to hand your package over to our courier. We are dedicated to keeping to this timeframe and if we miss it, customers are entitled to a 20% discount code by emailing customer support.
We use different courier services, each takes slightly different amounts of time to deliver. These delivery times are only an estimate and we are not responsible for any delays while in transit. We will, however, help customers make contact with our couriers if there are any delays.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s total value (after discounts) and your delivery destination. Higher order values may qualify for lower shipping costs.
Please note that shipping fees for exchanges and returns are non-refundable. Additionally, shipping charges do not include any taxes or duties that may be required by your country upon delivery
